This coming Sunday we are having our second “Idaho 4 His Glory Conference” at Rigby, Idaho.
We would like to extend an invitation to you and your family for this mini-conference on Justification. Next Sunday afternoon, starting at 4pm, we will gather at Bethel Baptist Church in Rigby and have three teaching sessions, communion, and a time of fellowship and food. In session one, Jason Ehmann will be speaking about the doctrine of imputation. Session two is Todd Wood speaking on penal substitution. I (Pastor Chris) will teach in session three which will be a presentation of the doctrine of Justification from a historical perspective specifically as it concerns the Reformation. At the conclusion of our teaching times on Justification we will observe the Lord’s Table together and then fellowship with each other around some food. There will be a nursery provided and we may have some children’s activities as well.
Schedule
- 4 pm – 5 pm: Session 1: Imputation
- 5 pm – 6 pm: Session 2: Penal Substitution
- 6 pm – 7 pm: Session 3: Justification and the Reformation
- 7 pm – ?? : Communion and fellowship
